Santa pics

Well, we saw Santa twice this year.  The first time I was with Ella at the Gingerbread tea.  She wanted to take a picture with him but when she got close I had to hold her.  The second time was at school.  Grant was as cool as a cucumber and Ella took a while to warm up (and I'm not sure she ever really did).
